What We Offer

ThruBall House League

Offers a development-focused basketball experience where athletes learn the game, build confidence, and grow at their own pace. The season begins with a skills assessment day to support balanced teams and intentional development, and progresses through structured practices and game play that emphasize learning, effort, and positive performance habits. We close the season with an end-of-year tournament that celebrates growth, teamwork, and the joy of competing together—on and off the court.

What Makes ThruBall Different

At ThruBall, development comes first. We create a positive, structured learning environment where athletes are supported as players and as people. Grounded in contemporary learning approaches, our programs are designed to meet athletes where they are, encourage curiosity, and build confidence through consistent, intentional coaching.

As an educator and lifelong basketball player, Naomi brings a teaching-first mindset to everything we do. That means clear expectations, meaningful feedback, and a belief that performance is a behaviour—not just an outcome.

We are deeply committed to gender equity and intentionally building space for girls to play, grow, and lead within the game. Basketball should feel accessible, welcoming, and challenging for everyone.

Access matters. ThruBall works to remove barriers to participation while also creating clear pathways to the next levels of play, including club and prep school opportunities. Whether an athlete is just beginning or ready to take the next step, we focus on helping them progress with purpose.
